Terms and Conditions :
  • Internship Integrated learning Course is conducted by Saint Joseph College of Higher Studies www.saintjoseph.one
  • Course Duration might increase depending on the students’ performance.
  • Registration Fee and Course Fees paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Classes will be held as per the time table furnished by the management.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the published time table any time before after the commencement of a course.
  • Extra classes maybe held on mercantile holidays.
  • Students are expected to attend regularly & sign attendance
  • Students should maintain utmost discipline
  • Complaints can be mailed to info@saintjoseph.one with the subject title “Complaint – Mention your complaint” and students can request for the complaints policy via e-mail.
  • All data gathered will be kept confidential under data protection laws. It will only be shared with D HELP HUB PVT LTD holding companies only.
  • For Online students – The course enrolled for is valid only for the period for which you have enrolled. You will need a desktop computer or a laptop with at-least 4GB Ram, 100GB Free hard disk space, Windows 10 or Windows 11 join the classes, except for a web browser and we recommend Google Chrome. Students should have access to a 4G data connection with 2mbps speed. Students should not share their login details, or any other content given by Saint Joseph Institute of Information Technology
  • You will not be able to take any codes done in USB , External HDDs or any electronic device etc.
  • Students are not allowed to put in social media or any place that they are doing the internship at D HELP HUB Private Limited. D HELP HUB Private Limited is only collecting Course fee on behalf of SJIIT.LK / Saint Joseph College of Higher Studies www.saintjoseph.one. If we learn of any students who claim to be performing internships at D HELP HUB Private Limited, D HELP HUB Private Limited will publish a notice informing the public that the information provided is inaccurate.
  • An internship is a volunteer position without pay. During this internship, you will gain knowledge, skills and experience.
  • Upon completion of the Work integrated learning course or the Internship integrated learning course, a certificate of competency will be awarded by Saint Joseph Institute of Information Technology. No Letters will be issued if the course or internship is not completed.
  • Only completed work will be signed in the university’s daily book. (Internship Intergraded Learning )
  • No letter of recommendation or other correspondence will be provided if the assignments, course projects, or internship are not completed.
  • In offices and classrooms, phones, cameras, and other electronic recording devices are strictly prohibited.
  • Exams, lectures, presentations, interviews, and similar activities may not be recorded on electronic devices.
  • Recordings cannot be uploaded on social media or shared anywhere else without the management’s prior consent. Permitted research, lectures, presentations, Course works, course projects, internship software development projects should only be used for individual (Student) academic purposes only.
  • Course Content can change at any time, without prior notice.
  • Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.
Scholarship :
  • Full or part scholarship will be granted on approval of the management of SJIIT, for low-income group families.
  • Scholarship will be granted only for Physical classes. ( No Scholarships for hybrid & Online Classes. )
  • Scholarship are given for Diploma in Software Engineering Course only
Job Opportunities :
The best performing students will be able to work at D HELP HUB Private Limited as Trainee software Engineer or Intern.( Students will be selected by the Management of D HELP HUB Private Limited. )
  • We highly recommend students to attend at least 4 Hours practical class ( one day ) per week in our institute @ Moratuwa and other practical work can be cover from home.
  • Also we recommend you to bring your laptop so that you can take the coursework ( ERR diagrams, Sample Codes etc. ) done for your future reference.
  • If you are using the institute computers, you will not be able to take any codes done in USB , External HDDs or any electronic device etc…
Requirements – for Hybrid and Online Classes :
  • You will need a desktop computer or a laptop with at-least 4GB Ram, 100GB Free hard disk space, Windows 10 or Windows 11.
  • A Good Internet connection with at-least 1Mbps. About 5GB to 10GB per month.
Commencement Date :
You can start any day (prior appointment). Subject to availability.
